Central Administration Services, part of Local Administration Services since 2015, is a global service delivery organization that offers a variety of services such as global learning and charge out, corporate credits cards, signum, tokens and remote assistants related services for Ericsson Stakeholders and employees.

 

We are now looking for a Responsible of Ericsson User IDs (Signums) for Consultancy Management. The scope of the job is Ericsson globally.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver high quality services in User IDs (Signums) for Consultancy in line with the Stakeholders expectations and demand
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with the Stakeholders, and proactively contribute to reach the targets for Stakeholders Satisfactions and Business Value Creation
  • Handle end-to-end Signum, from creation, order, access, extension, internal transfer, to leaving
  • Maintain full control of Ericsson User IDs (Signums) for Consultancy and ensure compliancy with the Ericsson policies and security access requirements
  • Ensure the User ID and card access are fully operational on first working day
  • Secure business continuity by monitoring all User IDs validity and proactively extend them
  • Keep updated the service descriptions and work instructions for the services provided
  • Strive for continuous improvement and efficiency in operational performance
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives to generate business value for the Stakeholders and Ericsson overall
  • Generate monthly reports for the services provided, highlighting achievements, risks and mitigations and update the Signums data base regularly

 

Activities:

User IDs (Signums) Management

  • Signum: Creation
    • Check Onboarding Template and ask for any clarifications 
    • Launch the e-form and inform Line Manager about the e-form number
  • Signum: Gordon Orders          
    • Update the Consultant List
    • Order domain, e-mail accounts and ID card through Gordon
    • Inform Line Manager e-mail about the order status
    • Order laptop or ViCS for external workforce, and Office 365 through Gordon
    • Inform Line Manager by e-mail about the order status
    • Update the Consultant List with expiry date
    • Order special ID Cards through Gordon
  • Signum: ID Card Access         
    • Send ID card access template by e-mail
    • Send the template by e-mail to reception/security center
  • Signum: Extension      
    • Send reminder to Line Manager with Signum expiration date
    • Launch the e-form and inform Line Manager about the e-form number
    • Update the Consultant List
    • Prolong any special accesses
  • Signum: Internal Transfer (Data Update Request/DUR)          
    • Send the template for internal transfer request
    • Launch the DUR process and inform Line Manager
    • Send confirmation to Line Manager
    • Update the Consultant List
  • Signum: Leaving         
    • Send reminder to Line Manager with Signum expiration date
    • Launch the leaving e-form
    • Remove products in Gordon
    • Send confirmation to Line Manager
    • Update the Consultant List

    • Proven skills in a service oriented organization and multi countries and diverse environment
