Our Great Opportunity

This 2nd Level Operations core CS and IMS Engineer is responsible for the coordination, management, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.


You will

  • Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
  • Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and performance management
  • Assist with Problem Management
  • Support in project activities
  • On a regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of operations in a Telecom NOC environment
  • Core Network knowledge CS: MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC
  • Core Network knowledge IMS: CSCF, SBC, AS, DNS, ENUM, VO LTE, VO WIFI
  • Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G
  • SS7 protocol stack and troubleshooting


Nice to have additional skills

  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
  • Unix skills
  • Ericsson knowledge
