Our Exciting Opportunity!


We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, based in Mexico City, to join out team and manage projects assigned to large 4G and 5G Operator clients! As a Project Manager you'll ensure that project goals are met, to assure customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.



What you will do


  • Establish, prioritize and effectively lead the successful networks roll-out projects and deliveries.
  • Deliver the plan baseline: define the process, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, and critical issues.+
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: grow customer relationships to build confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Ensure financial planning and follow-up
  • Simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.



What will you bring to the role:


  • Bachelor degree on Telecommunications or similar 
  • English and Spanish proficency
  • Significant Project Management experience leading customer facing projects, within Telecoms or with Operator’s.
  • Contract and 3rd pp suppliers management know-how.
  • Financial knowledge and Analysis Skills.
  • Solid people leadership skills & business process organizing
  • Excellent English proficiency in communication and presentation skills
  • A certification in Project Management is a plus.
