Customer Marketing Manager

About this extraordinary opportunity!
We are now looking for a Customer Marketing Manager based in Bogotá to support customer engagements and create impactful customer experiences for multiple accounts in LATAM Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, executing and follow-up local and regional marketing campaigns, strengthening our brand and helping drive sales growth!
What you will do
- Lead all aspects of customer engagements and built impactful customer experiences
- Planning, managing, completing, and following up the progress of marketing campaigns ensuring collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
- Analyze marketing and communications performance and drive demand generation performance
- Work with, and across business areas and marketing functions, to build best of class trade shows and events that truly highlight our portfolio to potential and current customers.
- Working closely with the Global Integrated Marketing organization to ensure that the Global Campaigns are best represented in the event content and journey.
You will bring
- Professional experience with driving marketing projects, events and demos
- Good understanding of digital marketing and platforms and marketing performance metrics
- Experience of handling complex content and messaging within a B2B environment
- Working in a dynamic and fast moving environment
- Well-developed skills in story telling with ability to translate complex technical ICT solutions to relatable stories that binds the audience.
