Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an ICT Program Director to lead Cloud Native Systems Integration Programs in Automation Phase II which will include working with multiple product development units to deploy end-to-end continuous integration/continuous deployment solutions to the T-Mobile Production environment.

 

 

 

You will:

  • Lead large scale complex technical programs from conceptual phase to production launch
  • Engage in proposal phase and prepare SoW, resource plan, time plan, cost estimate, pricing/cash flow analysis (Premium)
  • Achieve the alignment on program vision/scope, business goals, release planning, program structure, and secure cross-functional alignment
  • Manage large budget and ensure profitability of the program (SAP, Chronos)
  • Guide team through the project lifecycle (including software development) and demonstrate analytical and technical skills
  • Provide visibility to program status (issues, risks, metrics, etc.) and drive project status meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program challenges
  • Develop positive relationships with Program Directors of parallel Charging Programs to address dependency issues and ensure overall program success
  • Partner with Product Development Unit teams to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, product issues, etc
  • Identify and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from delivering

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Deep experience in driving large-scale sophisticated technical programs from conceptual phase to production launch
  • Solid financial experience with demonstrated cost optimization
  • Senior-level influencing, motivating and directing skills across cross-functional teams in a global organization
  • Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: 5G Core, Orchestration, Analytics, Business Support System (BSS), Operation Support System (OSS), Internet of Things (IoT) and Packet Core
  • Experience with CI/CD and automation and software management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or SharePoint
  • A strategic mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree/MBA preferred
  • PMP Certification
