Our Exciting Opportunity

The role of the TPS(Tools & Process Services) Analyst is to provide support for the Global Sourcing organization with analysis, plan, and execution of the create, modify, update or improve requests for one or multiple allocated tools, processes, and projects.

You will

  • Offer support to global Sourcing team for assigned tools, processes, or projects
  • Secure support process (analysis, creation, modification, updates, improves) based on timeframe and specifications included in the support request, in accordance with the work process
  • Collaborate closely with partners from request creation to completion
  • Clarify for the partners the identified solution for their support request
  • Provide updates to the Team Coordinator and Line Manager regarding the status of assigned support request or project
  • Raise issues and concerns related to task completion to Team Coordinator or other Management functions
  • Manage partners complaints to mutual benefit
  • Analyze and summarize data from own activity to offer level achievement compared to set critical metrics
  • Work with Team Coordinator, partners and other teams to develop and improve tools and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure request or project objectives are met
  • Be responsible for time & activity reporting as per internal regulations and directives

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as presenting findings and supporting conclusions is an important part of the job
  • Personalities with accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines
  • Medium Excel and PowerPoint level skills
  • UAT(user acceptance test) experience, which is highly encouraged
  • Ability to interact with the 3rd parties (e-mails, phone calls) independently
  • Demonstrated analysis and synthesis skills
  • Innovative and improvement attitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Other languages represent a plus
  • Bachelors’ Degree or above
  • Willingness to grow for a couple of years in this role
