Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Subject Matter Expert in Talent Management to drive end-to-end talent solutions in North East Asia (ML China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong). you should be a senior expert in the areas of talent management, including competency modeling, leadership assessment, leadership development, culture, team facilitation. You need to have solid project design and management skills. You will also be required to ensure the execution of global programs and key initiatives and manage the processes flawlessly. 

 

The role is based in Beijing reporting to the Head of Talent Management, Market Area North East Asia MNEA.

You will

  • Collectively develop Ericsson North East Asia Talent Management strategy, frameworks, processes, and relevant infrastructure
  • Ensure smoothly execution of MNEA TM priorities
  • Design, manage and roll out TM programs and projects
  • Execute Global TM programs and key initiatives
  • Serve as talent consultant to business units, work closely with HRBPs in designing, developing, and rolling out critical TM solutions
  • Connect and build strong liaison with HRBPs and other SMEs/COEs.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage key TM processes

To be successful in the role you should have

  • Ideally 10+ years’ solid experiences in end-to-end talent management
  • Experience in working in virtual global teams
  • Ability to deliver in regional environment
  • Substantial business acumen
  • Facilitation skills
  • Consulting skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Creating & innovating
  • English proficiency in presenting and daily communication
