Our Exciting Opportunity

You will drive the internal understanding of network strategy from operator perspective, identify the pain-points, and work together with rest of the design team to make solution/product for that.


You will

  • Participate pre-study and pre-development.
  • As radio product owner, design & release radio products.
  • Work with strategy product manager to clarify product requirement.
  • Allocate optimized radio requirement, document radio requirement specification and design specification.
  • Lead design team to study radio solution and write implement proposal..
  • Lead cross-function team in feasibility and development to secure product release with good quality, short TTM and competitive cost.
  • Drive trouble report investigation.
  • Document production test specification, secure production test quality and reduce test time.


To be successful in the role you must have

  • BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • At least 10 years of experience working with (Radio and/or transport/core) network strategy plan and implementation Strong analytic capability for complex problems
  • Be proactive & accountable, result-oriented.
  • Strategic thinking; see the big picture. Willingness and proven ability to make things happen.
  • Self-motivated, good team player
  • Skilled in communication, coordination and willing to influence others.
