We are now looking for an SC digital transformation change lead, who will drive change orchestration and management in supply digital transformation. In this role, you will bring value to the internal or external customer by providing professional organizational change support to all DT initiative drivers in supply, on stakeholder agreement, regular or ad hoc communication, and other activities about the new digital way of working, to ensure the target adoption level in place. You are accountable to build the supply change management capability framework, which can be applied to the different agile delivery teams, and to be the change agent network point to global counterpart accordingly.

You will

  • Setup fit-to-purpose organizational change framework used in MNEA supply digital transformation projects to secure impact/adoption.
  • Change Orchestration and management to avoid that several simultaneous change programs collisions or overlap.
  • Provide change readiness analysis and secure stakeholder buy-in to achieve the new WoW adoption target.
  • Provide training packages across different initiatives to ensure change ready in terms of mindset and knowledge-wise.
  • Execute vital communication based on dynamic and situational planning
  • Be Change agent interface to global change management

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Bachelor degree, MBA is plus
  • Minimum Years of experience: 7 years
  • Demonstrated ability: at least 3 years working experience in supply chain business environment, 2 years transformation change management working experience.
  • Specific competence: Proficiency in change analysis, facilitating, proficiency in design thinking workshop, Agile methodology is a plus

  • Project management skills
