Real Estate Portfolio Manager

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Real Estate Professional to join the Ericsson Real Estate team as Portfolio Manager with responsibility for a dynamic and complex portfolio of commercial leases mainly in China. The role is responsible for the real estate portfolio and transaction management in China, this consists over 40 locations including not limited to sales, R&D, supply, and service office properties. As we continue to optimize our portfolio and drive a human centric RE function, you will coordinate all activities related to real estate for the company, including the search for new properties, the negotiation of lease agreements, and the ongoing compliance with lease provisions and resolution of issues and problems related to the relationship with landlords.

What you will do

  • Lease agreement quality control
  • Financial analysis of Portfolio and Market data
  • Management of RE brokers

You will bring

  • Education of minimum bachelor degree in Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant real estate experience (portfolio management, transaction management and project management) from a multinational environment
  • Proven track record in working as a PM bridging business, RE and all project team
  • Good communication skills and good cooperation and collaboration skills
  • Financial Analysis Skills
  • Negotiation & Argumentation Skills
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • Project Management Skills
