Our Great Opportunity

As quality manager, you will drive quality planning, quality control, and quality retroactivity to improve product development project quality on 4G&5G radio base station developed in PDU Radio China.

You will

  • Promote and communicate the Quality targets within the project based on the project scorecard; Visualize quality status to management and project team
  • Make product development project quality pan; deploy quality activity during the project development phase
  • Drive quality measure, quality analysis, quality control activity during the project development phase
  • Ensure close loop of quality issues through quality retrospective activity; avoid known defects or similar defects happen again
  • Be in charge of product development process improvement and tools development
  • Develop product quality training and provide quality training including demeanor and process

To be successful in the role you must have

  • MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience as a quality manager in the telecommunication industry
  • Excellent skill to drive activity across different functions and countries.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient reading and writing in English
