Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Senior People BP to ensure the customer units in China attract/develop the best talent in the industry.  You can achieve this by having a deep understanding of local industry and trend, maintaining industrial and employee relations, implementing HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions, ensuring compliance and advising and supporting Line Mangers on people related challenges. Facilitate local execution of organizational change initiatives and programs.

You will

  • Local execution of global processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Rewards, Learning & Development, Human Resources Operations)
  • Provide professional advice and predictive analytics to guide business leaders through changes needed for people & organizations
  • Be as integral member of unit’s leadership team, drive cultural changes to foster high-engagement and high-energy organization
  • Drive market area / global initiatives in strong partnership with SME areas e.g.
  • Develop strategies to bring fresh talent into the organization, accelerate early career talent development, enhance leadership skills throughout the org
  • Enable strategic workforce planning, including proactively recognizing trends, developing actions to strengthen the talent base, and attaining operational and structural efficiencies
  • Identify needs, develop solutions, and execute on programs that drive workforce engagement, culture transformation, retention and influence business performance
  • Assess, develop and coach senior leadership and team members through the use of strategic talent offerings

To be successful in the role you are expected to have

  • Education:  Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Experience in the HR functional area.
  • Human Resources and Disciplines Knowledge
  • Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation Knowledge
  • Presenting and Communicating Information
  • Deciding and Initiating Action
  • Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
  • Persuading & Influencing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
