About this opportunity

Ericsson Router 6000 series is a radio coordinated, service provider SDN enabled IP transport portfolio managed by a single end-to-end management system. It delivers high-performance connectivity for LTE, LTE- advanced and 5G- applications. Customer engagement & Support in PDU Transport is now looking for a project manager to support global Router 6000 customer engagement activities.

What you will do

  • Lead, plan and complete customer engagements within agreed scope, time & quality to meet Router business requirement
  • Exemption / Engagement request handling according to customer engagement process
  • Manage and lead a diverse group of people to supply to the aligned objectives
  • Handle customer/Customer Unit & stakeholder expectations per engagement
  • Bridge PDU and customer unit to support pre-sales engagement activities
  • Collaborate with external PDU per engagement request
  • Handle customer concerns related to the activities and coordinate needed efforts across PDU and PL
  • Drive continuous improvements related to process, tools, and ways of working

You will bring

Excellent knowledge of project management.

Proficient English reading, writing, and conversation.
