About this opportunity

This role is to monitor, analyze and assist in implementing performance improvements in our organization. The work is crucial in reflecting our strategy execution status. You will work with different stakeholders - from leadership team to colleagues in different organizational level, thus good communication and collaboration skill is one of the most important criteria.

What you will do

  • Collect data, perform analysis, draw conclusions, and prepare material (reports and presentations)
  • Present ad-hoc analysis as required, investigating data correlations and cause/effect relationships
  • Present improvement suggestions to data and metrics
  • Support, facilitate and integrate changes across organization
  • Define need for change, targets for improvement and committing key stakeholders
  • Define, validate, and finalize solution suggestions

You will bring

  • Education: Bachelor or equivalent through experience
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Dare to challenge and actively have solution proposals
  • Pay attention to details and also have full picture in mind
  • Good time management skills
  • Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)
  • Good knowledge about quality management system is preferred
