Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Network Operation and Management Specialist to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

 

You will

  • Analyze and mine operator customer groups/user configuration data, explore business opportunities and create values for customer.
  • Define, setup and maintain a simulation platform of customer (operators, vertical customers) network management
  • Work with cross functional team, to define new network operation strategies. Introduce into ongoing & future products.
  • Explore cross domain collaborations, between telecommunication and vertical industries. Establish, execute of related strategy implementation
  • Follow industry trends and best practice, drive for continuous improvement for superior customer experience

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Deep understanding of customer (telecommunication operators) requirements, current & future business model
  • Deep understanding of network KPI and analysis method
  • Good knowledge of O&M of telecommunication network, good insight into products & solution of main equipment vendors
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience on data analysis & performance measurement in telecommunication network, including equipment performance, operation quality, business flow and other data
  • Insight of big data strategy and trends in telecommunication area
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to turn detailed data into business opportunity and value
  • Strategic thinking and ability to vision the big picture
  • Willingness and proven ability to make things happen
  • Good team spirit
  • Skills in communication, coordination and willing to influence others
