This job is based in Beijing but work spans across product development departments globally.

Troubleshooting (origin from product development phase, product manufacturing and customer claim in field) and product quality assurance is our main responsibility and core competence.

You will

• Study SW & control hierarchy of Radio products, understand key enabler technologies & know-hows to make features & performance achievable.
• Define product radio calibration procedure and solution according product design solution
• Trim DPD and propose optimization solution to HW/SW design to achieve radio system design target
• Develop and maintain Radio product integration tools and integration environment
• Setup test environment and execute integration activities
• Analyze test result and debug to allocate the issue and provide support to low level module design

To be successful in the role you must have

• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology or equivalent
• Knowledge regarding FPGA/ASIC design/verification is a plus
• Background regarding desktop testing SW/embedded SW development is prioritized
• Experience in RF design as well as radio HW and SW troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems, measurement theory and measurement instrument and equipment
• Good communication skills, fluency in English speaking and writing
