Our Exciting Opportunity

We are an HW design department in Ericsson R&D China part of Ericsson PDU Radio within DNEW, with global responsibility in Ericsson’s Radio Base Station (RBS).

The manager of Board Power Design will handle a group of DCDC power design engineers. The team is responsible for crafting and verifying DCDC power solutions for Baseband products and Radio products. Your section will be a part of the global competence center for power design. As the Section Manager, you need to act according to the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote the values, ethics, and culture of the organization in order to ensure perfection.

You will

  • Do the People and organization management work
  • Drive DCDC competence development
  • Drive innovation in the DCDC area
  • Collaborate with global DCDC design competence center
  • Implement and execute group-wide processes
  • Be responsible for the quality control of work executed
  • Drive DCDC design efficiency and continuous improvement

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or above
  • 3-years or above working experience
  • Area of expertise: Project management, line manager, power design
  • Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
  • Excellent skills in English speaking and writing
  • Passion about work, colleagues and coworkers and genuinely cares about them.
  • Business and management awareness
  • The ability to fully adopts the New Leadership Framework has strong thought, lead, do mentality
  • Structure thinking skills and well organized
  • Initiative and positive personality
  • Ability to work under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • More than 2 years’ experience in people management or in the project management area
  • Well know about Ericsson product development process
