Project Office is responsible for driving local programs and projects, to deliver the requested products on time, at predicted cost and with the right quality. Project Office will also drive capability planning, operational efficiency, financial frame management and continuous improvement for the sector.   

About this role

Manager of Radio Project Office reports to Head of Project Office in RPCN and leads a team with project managers and program managers who is responsible radio product development & Maintenance.

The position is based in Beijing and may require travel to other PDU Radio sites in Sweden, China, and Canada.

 

What you will do

  • People leadership to develop high performing, highly engaged team.
  • Focus on individual development to secure project managers having right competence to deliver.
  • Support radio product local programs and projects, from F0 until hand over to Maintenance.
  • Participate in the Financial Forecast, Financial and Capability follow-up.
  • Leverage the strength of RPCN Learning & Transformation Department for the local operational efficiency to reduce lead time and product development cost.
