Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Human Delivery Specialist to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.
You will
- Complete planning & execution of Human Resources projects/programs in Market Area North East Asia.
- Deliver local operation services.
- Provide daily consultative service to HR community and other internal stakeholders towards Employee Relationship management.
- Provide customized solution on ER related issues.
To be successful in the role you must have
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources, or Laws, or relevant experience within required area
- 5 years’ experience or above in HR area
- Strong logical thinking skill
- Strong presentation, communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, service-oriented mind-set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
