Experienced Developer Reliability

About this opportunity

To ensure product design in compliance with robustness and reliability, your work intends to ensure product performance reliable and fulfill lifetime design. In general, your work is to ensure product not only works according to normal design requirement but also works well reliable in compliance with robustness and reliability requirement.

What you will do

• Participate in pre-study and DMS

• Analyze reliability mission profile

• Predicate and estimate Reliability risk

• Carry out reliability review on component, board, module/system level

• Responsible for verification case estimation in REM

• Responsible for verification result analysis

• Troubleshooting reliability problem and follow up TR.

• Execute reliability simulation

• Provide reliability improvement proposal and solution

You will bring

• Master’s degree, major in Reliability or equivalent

• Excellent knowledge of reliability theory and method

• Good knowledge of Wireless Communication product

• Basic knowledge on radio product design

• Good knowledge on power, mechanical, Thermal design

• Experience in or ever been working within reliability area

• Comprehensive knowledge on reliability standards and methods

• Familiar with relevant Environment verification (Climatic, Mechanical, Power/PLD, Lightning, and so on)

• Open-minded, Good communication skills

• Hardworking and responsible

• Strong initiative and learning willingness

• Teamwork spirit

• Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind

• Fluent spoken and read / written English

• Comply with and follow the directive, instructions, and procedures in force in the company and CBC
