About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Lead Core & End-to-End Strategic Product Manager to engage and drive assigned opportunities and deliveries! In this role, you will handle product(s) from strategy to end of life. Exceeding expectations from the market and improving profitability when appropriate, working to build new revenue streams, considering dependencies and prioritizations within Ericsson.

What you will do

  • Build a competitive enterprise 5G portfolio as well as drive sales and partners’ competence and business readiness
  • Take responsible for Edge Link solution developed in collaboration with BDGS, BNEW, and other product offering teams
  • Engage with Customers (CSPs/SI and Enterprises), Customer Units, and Sales support – clearly communicating our outstanding selling points and value argumentation
  • Together with the rest of this team define product packaging, pricing models, and pricing, ensuring value prioritizing, win rate, profitability, and recurring software revenue
  • Drive pre-sales activities, produce solution maps and documents and Statement of Work
  • Drive feasibility studies, network impact reports, and test strategies for greenfield deployments, upgrades, expansions, and migrations
  • Act for all End to End solution engagements towards the customer and the Market Area teams
  • Establish thought leadership through delivering customer presentations

You will bring

  • Education: University degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years proven and experience Telco incl commercial on network services experience
  • Enterprise ambitious and commercial thinking
  • E2E technical understanding includes Core & Cloud Solution Architect.
  • Proven experience in Packet Core (5G & EPC), IMS (VoLTE, VoWiFi) UDM/UDC, PCF/SAPC, NFVi/virtualization
  • OSS & RAN solution architecture experience is an advantage
  • Decision making and "just do it" demeanor
  • Leading, presenting, and communicating with internal and external partners at C-level.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability in coping with pressures and setbacks
  • Sound knowledge of product management
  • Evidence of ongoing self-development required
  • Proficiency in oral English is a must
