Our Phenomenal Opportunity

We are now looking for a software and solution architect that will have proven experience in management system design and solution. An expert must have good knowledge of working on Enterprise UX design, software architecture, and ICT management experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be passionate about performing requirements gathering, analysis, designing, and coordinate with other teams to meet business requirements and produce detailed design specifications ready for development and manage partner and vendor for management system planning and Transformation.
  • Responsible for Management system (OBS/BOSS) UX design, deep discussion with CSP customer and enterprise user OBS requirement especially focus on BSS part
  • Responsible for ensuring all the new BOSS solutions implemented to adhere to the defined BOSS architecture. It also includes performing software installation, solution customization & testing, and deployment.
  • Be a BOSS domain expert consultation to end-users and provide coordination and continuity to the customer.

 

To be successful in the role the requirements are:

  • More than 5 years experienced with User Experience, Element Management System and Service Assurance solution
  • Fluent oral English and can be used as working language for communication. Successful experience overseas is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Telco Systems, Technologies & Standards
  • Good background knowledge of CRM/Billing/ERP/BSS
  • Strong team leading skills
  • Great Soft skills - Communication and Presentation skills
