Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on a fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, and objectives. You will actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing a seamless transition from sales to operations and develop both internal and external relations/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. This job role should be passionate about selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area, and geography.
You will

  • Improve customer relationships and dedication.
  • Be encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
  • Be responsible for the optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable the flawless transition to operations.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science, or similar.
  • Min 5 years of experience in relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry.
  • Relevant sales experience in the communication industry.
  • Strong ability in business development & customer relationship setting up.
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.
  • Customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills.
