About this opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager that will play a crucial role in developing 5G RAN solutions for China market and fostering a high-performing culture.

This is a critical role where you interact with multiple key stakeholders in Market Area to understand their business needs and difficulties. As a Project Manager you will lead System engineers, Software developers and testers with the purpose to build a better customer and employee experience through more efficient operations. You will also contribute to foster a strong culture and promote lean thinking to reduce waste and focus on the essentials. You will have a critical role to influence our ways of working and drive continuous improvement with the product teams. We believe that the right person has a growth mindset with a combination of discernment, process experience and skills in agile frameworks.

Join one of our 5G RAN development programs, you will play a critical role as the glue between business and R&D.

The position is in OP D in PDU Baseband SW.

What you will do

  • Interact with business partners and end-users to understand their needs, difficulties, and areas for improvement
  • Communicate with key stakeholders about business targets and the status
  • Lead development team to create business value for increasing customer experience, employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Drive deployment for released features
  • Make solid end-2-end development plans well anchored in systems, design and test
  • Track development status, identify risks and take mitigate actions
  • Follow-up on business impact of development initiatives
  • Actively engage and lead scrum events to foster an impactful culture
  • Be responsible for capability Management

You will bring

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Outstanding presentation and analytical skills
  • Experience from agile ways of working and from working in the software development industry.
  • Certification in Scrum, SAFe or similar is an advantage
