In this role, you will be accountable for services pre-sales in the areas of Mobile Broadband Network Roll Out, Design, Tuning and Optimization, together with the Account Team in winning Services business and develop new services opportunities.

As Services Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Services Account Manager to build sales funnel, qualify opportunities and execute engagement plan to expand the services business in existing and new areas
  • Drive Services sales from a broad portfolio of Network Roll Out, Design, Tuning and Optimization as part of an overall solution to help differentiate and complement the product offerings
  • Engage customers proactively using network data analytic to identify customer performance pain points and derive sales plan and opportunities to improve network performance
  • Drive competitive services solution, smart scoping and costing with optimal delivery model in close collaboration with Solution Architect and SME
  • Act as the Lead and involved during Sales process with emphasis on overall services commercial & solution strategy, e.g. project timeline, Deliverables, Pricing, KPI, T&C, Payment Milestones & Risk.
  • Innovate and develop engagement models, value argumentation and service offerings materials


  • Undertake initiatives to improve services pre-sales processes and costing including common re-usable services building blocks and deliverables for consistency and efficiency  

To be considered you will possess significant consultative selling experience and an in-depth understanding of MBB network and Network Roll Out, Design Tuning, and Optimization areas

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 7 years’ industry experience, extensive experience in sales and services business
  • Well proven ability to engage customer and transform customer requirements and expectations at high level into a solution
  • Ability to manage relationships level with stakeholders within Ericsson as well as the customer organization
  • High level of competence in developing, scoping and costing services solutions
  • Competent verbal and written presentation skills to mid and top management
  • A high level of financial acumen
