As a global IT unit, “Enterprise Systems” is accountable for management and transformation of IT for end-to-end business process covering Sales, Marketing, Supply, Sourcing, Finance, HR, Resource Management, and Product Development.

We are now looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team. This person will collaborate with business stakeholders, maintain requirements and work with supplier partners to craft/test and implement the solutions in the applications. Other parts of the role would be to safeguard and govern the product Total Cost of Ownership(TCO), solution design, integrations, and architecture in consistency to overarching principles and frameworks.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle of projects from planning and conception to requirements to testing, implementation and release/Support Phase
  • Translate business requirements to high level technical design, take solution ownership and product decisions
  • Provide Technical consulting, Technical management expertise and Project execution expertise on functional solutions and specifications for development
  • Actively govern, steer and follow-up with IT Supplier teams, who forms the primary delivery team for IT projects, to handle development activities
  • Manage issues, risks, and stakeholder expectations for activities across IT and Business
  • Ensure visible status collaborating with the stakeholders
  • Drive Innovation in the portfolio either individually or along with different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical product mangers of other Enterprise solutions while proposing new solutions
  • Support business in their process area
  • Coordinate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Optimize product TCO
  • Maintain product information

You will bring

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Process knowledge of Source to Agreement Area
  • System knowledge of any Strategic Sourcing application is a must. Having knowledge of Ivalua would be an advantage
  • Dot net skills and knowledge of SQL Server Database
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience working with SaaS applications
  • Experience in setting up Interfaces across application (API based/File based)
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English, with ability to formulate problems and solutions in an understandable way
  • Agile methodologies like DevSecOps or SAFe are desirable
  • Technology Certifications/ Project, Program Management Certifications are desirable
