Our Exciting Opportunity

This role will give you an opportunity to engage yourself with a team of highly motivated engineers in delivering Ericsson's Multimedia Application Server (MTAS) for VoLTE, VoWifi and other IMS enabled solutions. MTAS is Ericsson's Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) application server for IP telephony and multimedia which meets all necessary large network telephony requirements. It is designed for Voice ovimprovedVoLTE) improved with multimedia and convergence with PSTNs. MTAS is part of Ericsson's IMS solution portfolio.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Result orientation and finds it stimulating to work with organisational change and teamwork/cooperation across the organization.
  • Good experience with Agile principles and can drive our engineering and process improvement efforts utilizing Agile/Lean Processes.
  • Partnering with internal and external partners to define and execute comprehensive plans for customer feedback.
  • Developed prioritized product backlog by writing user stories and defining priorities for the development team.
  • Manage and deliver high quality features on time enabling Ericsson to efficiently deploy VoLTE in their customer networks. Good understanding of IMS architecture, 3GPP, GSMA / VoLTE specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in product innovations of significant business value
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Cloud Native ecosystem and practices. Familiarity with Kubernetes PaaS, microservices, or serverless services
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, workflows, and tools
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and competence; supports and encourages positive working behaviors in others. Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills


Key Qualifications,

  • B.Tech degree in CS/EC/EE or related studies. PMP and/or any management accreditations is a plus.
  • 8 - 10 years of overall product development experience with a minimum of 3 years in a product owner role
