Customer Project Manager

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM), to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

 

You will:

  • Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope & margins within agreed timelines!
  • Will be establishing the project baseline plan: define project scope, secure the vital resources, and plans and supervise all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
  • Ensure weekly and monthly project status reporting highlighting Gap’s, Risk and mitigation plans with support required. Recording and managing project issues and calling out where necessary to right stakeholders
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Ensuring that required resources for execution are on boarded with right competence.
  • Ensuring that Ericsson guidelines (for Project Management) are deployed and measure their effective compliance within the organization.
  • Handle project finance: Ensuring periodic financial system monitoring & KPI adherence (GC)
  • Tracking of site acceptance and invoicing on monthly basis along with GRN.
  • Develop the business: explore AOS opportunities.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
  • Project Documentations: Evaluate project requirements, identify, and resolve ambiguities, and build all required documentation including but not limited to scope statements, project timeline, risk mitigation plans, issue logs, status, and cost reports to be presented to internal and external customers.

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or master’s degree in Business Administration – B.E., M.B.A
  • At least 12 to 15 years of overall work experience in Project Management, People and Business Skills, ITIL Process knowledge
  • Project rollout RAN, MW, Swap experience is required.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • PMI /PRINCE certifications
