Network Solution Engineer

For this Network Solution Engineer role, we are looking for someone who can provide hands-on support for our solution footprint in the US. We are building a world-class open 5G platform to enable developer community to quickly deploy reliable, scalable, and secured solution with carriers. As we continue to grow, the team will support our customer trials as well as commercial deployments across the world.

What you will do

• Update, maintain, and troubleshoot our infrastructure

• Identify reliability risks and resolve recurring issues

• Document operational procedures

• Provide technical support

• Is familiar with public cloud and Linux environment

You will bring

• A college degree in computer science or equivalent

• Ability to install equipment in racks, attaching connections to power and network infrastructure

• Solid understanding of networking stack and experience with complex network infrastructure

• Familiarity with Linux, bash scripting, service configuration and management, and one or more network automation toolset (Ansible preferred)

• Working knowledge of open-sourced monitoring and alerting tools

Preferred experience:

• Experience working in datacenter projects and infrastructure rollouts

• Proficiency with one or more programming languages
