Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for an Experienced Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

You will

  • Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Contribute to Financial Acuity
  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation & pre-sales activities plus drive additional business growth
  • Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

To be successful in the role you have

  • Education: Engineering Degree IT/Telecom, Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Minimum years of experience: 7 to 10 years
  • Demonstrated ability: BSS (Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning…) and TCC (Telecom Core and Cloud: CS Core/ PS Core, NFV end telco cloud)
  • Excellent in financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
  • Consultative Selling Skills with proven Customer and Market Insight
  • Coordination, Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
  • Proven Project Management and Leadership skills
  • Deep understanding in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
  • Proficiency with the English Language
