Operational Product Owner

About this opportunity

Ericsson is number one in 5G Core Network area in the world. We shape the standards, invent & deliver solutions E2E starting from the idea and ending on release & maintenance. Our products are used by millions of people all over the globe. We are now looking for an experienced Operational Product Owner to craft and build the business value delivered to Ericsson customers in 5G Dual Packet Core area. This is an excellent opportunity to join us and lead the latest Ericsson projects based on Cloud Native technologies.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end complex software solutions together with assigned teams and programs
• Create time plans, anatomies, risk analysis, and mitigation plans
• Build the backlog and define priorities together with technical & business leads
• Support teams in overcoming impediments
• Drive flow and product-related improvements
• Proactively pursue goals and motivate teams to reach them
• Collaborate closely with teams, customers, programs, line managers, and other stakeholders to achieve product goals.

You will bring

• Technical background in software design
• Courageous to work under time pressure with a proven focus on delivering expected solutions in accordance with provided deadlines
• Ability to drive sophisticated software solutions spread among many teams and different projects
• Some experience with delivery time plans creation, anatomies of dependencies, risk, and mitigation plans
• Strong customer-focused style, realizing agreed requirements with the utmost performance
• Fluency in technical communication with all engaged stakeholders
• Proactivity, persistence, natural drive, and leadership
• Understanding ownership principles, contribution to products with engagement, consideration for wide business and products aspects
• Understanding flows and pro-actively looking for improvements, inspiring changes persistently with a strong “we can do it” attitude,
• Proficiency in English, team-player skills
