About this opportunity


We are now looking for a Line Manager for a Cloud Native section to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. You will guide, mentorship, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will champion a creative and learning culture.


What you will do


Secure that we have a high feature flow and product quality within in Product Development Unit Packet Core through:


  • Lead, coach, and develop individuals, teams, and organizations
  • Foster a learning, innovative, and creative culture
  • Nurture people’s personal and professional growth within your unit
  • Encourage collaboration between your teams and other teams within PDU Packet Core
  • Secure that the organization has the needed capability and support what it needs to contribute to our operations
  • Responsible for recruitment and staffing
  • Competence and competence development – increased product focus


You will bring


We are looking for an experienced leader, eager and capable of mentoring a team. Contributing to the unit/sector by continuously developing, generating energy, mentorship, challenge and crafting dedication. Following are the qualifications required:


  • Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values and new leadership framework
  • Result oriented with a strong product development background
  • Interest and good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
  • Excellent skills in communication, both verbally and written
  • Good business and customer understanding
  • You have a genuine interest in people
  • Ability to work and agree across organizational boundaries
  • Large degree of flexibility and willingness to seek different tasks
  • Find it stimulating to work with change management and collaboration/agreement across the organizations
  • Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation is a must
  • University level education
