Job Summary:  

We are now looking for an Instructor, who will be responsible for development and delivery of classroom and online training products for Learning Services customers and internal students.

We are delivering products related to LTE technology, mobile networks products and services in our facilities in Poland, at Ericsson global sites or directly in customer premises as required.


  • Develop and customize learning products: define content, create materials, write texts for online and classroom trainings
  • Deliver training and consultancy in classroom or as a virtual training classes
  • Administrate the class room situation before course starts, during and after the course
  • Manage HW required for the cleasses
  • Create eLearnings
  • Provide mentoring for other staff both formally and informally

Key Qualifications:  

  • Education:  Technical University degree  or equivalent
  • Excellent command of English written and verbally 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile networks including work with 4G – LTE technology ( knowledge of infrastructure, air interfaces, protocols and procedures)
  • Good understanding of ICT business and corporate culture

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel globally (up to 50% travel time)
